Loewe Love

I’ve been a Loewe lover for a while, but when I saw the SS23 collection come down the runway the love affair grew stronger! Loewe has taken the idea of fun/playful fashion to the next level through the use of pixelated pieces (dramatic draping ), micro minis, and the ever present anthurium flower. While giving us the bold moments of flower power shoes and deflated balloon pumps, we also saw elegant shapes that gave the collection a lady-like refined feel. Scrolling through the looks felt like being placed in a video game and choosing the clothes for your player; part functional, part surreal.
